How does a session work?
During a Pilates session, Robin will
lead you through a system of exercises designed to progress in a
seamless fashion advancing from one movement to another on the reformer,
EXO Chair, Tower, a mat or a combination of these. Pilates works to
stretch overly tight muscles, strengthen weaker ones & balance
movement patterns by balancing muscle groups.
This training emphasizes
muscular-skeletal balance & focused breathing to give you a flat
stomach, slender thighs, lean but muscular arms and a strong back. Your
posture will be better & you will feel energized & strong.
Pilates Mat training is also
available in your home. Pilates Mat exercises are a great complement
to your fitness routine. No special equipment required!
